How to Delete Your Account
1 Delete from the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly within the Apitix app:
- Open the Apitix app and go to your Profile tab
- Tap Edit Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
2 Request via Email
If you can’t access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Send an email to support@apitix.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your Apitix account.
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your notification preferences and history
- Your saved events and favorites
- Your app preferences and settings
Important: Past order records and ticket purchase history may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes (e.g., tax records, refund processing). Any retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
Data Retention
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion:
- Your personal data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days
- Anonymized transaction records may be retained as required by law
- Any active tickets remain valid until their event date
